Each year we scramble to download the released AP Calculus Free Response questions. It’s that chance to challenge our teacher brain again by working through the solutions to the newest question sets for the AP Calculus AB and BC Exam. College Board® allows access to the questions two days after our students sit for the exam. This year, my husband and I flew to Hawaii and Los Angeles for our daughter’s wedding. So, I am running a little behind in posting my “pretty work” here.
If you haven’t tried to answer the questions for yourself, you can access this year’s AB questions here and this year’s BC questions here. Your work of first responses will provide good classroom discussion for some Find My Error Math Talks. You might be familiar with Tony Record’s Find the Error practice sets from Avon High School. You can find his work on Teachers Pay Teachers, and in the AP Calc TEACHERS – AB/BC Facebook Group.
